Margy was an exceptional realtor. Being a first time buyer I had no idea what to expect during my buying process. Margy was there every step of the way. Like a friend or relative was there to answer any question, to meet and show me a home, answer a text or phone call. I first worked with AnaMarie back in 2016 when our family was looking for a rental property in Cave Creek. She helped us to find the right place and also helped negotiate the rental agreement. After we moved in there were a couple issues with the landlord and she jumped in to help us to get those resolved. When we were ready to buy in 2018 we asked AnaMarie to help again and she found us a great 5 BR house in N Phoenix for a good price. When needed to move out of state in 2020 AnaMarie sold our house over a single weekend, getting us multiple offers so that we were able to sell over asking price. If you’re buying or selling a home in the North Valley, make sure you talk to AnaMarie before you make a final decision on your realtor. You won’t regret it. She’s knows the market extremely well, is very responsive, and is a pleasure to work with.

April 19, 2018 To whom it may concern: My wife and I would like you to know that the Realty team of AnaMarie Rigo and Tara Winchell are the best realtors that we have ever used. This is the 7th home which we have sold. It is the third home which we have sold in Arizona. We first met AnaMarie and Tara when a friend of ours was selling their home. We invited them to our home to see what it might sell for. When we finished with our meeting they said that they would stay in touch with us by email, which they did for over 1 year. When we finally made the decision to sell. They were very professional in providing us with information which we needed to get started with them. 1). They helped us to stage our home. 2). They provided boxes for us to start to pack up items which needed to be removed to stage our home properly 3).  This has to have been one of the least stressful periods of selling our home that we have ever experienced, in comparison to previous sales. When we needed information regarding a showing, both provided us with answers as well as positive insight into the showing. 4). When an offer was made they provided us with quality information so that we could make a sound decision regarding the offer. Both AnaMarie and Tara are professionals in the Real Estate business.  They work very hard for you. What distinguishes them from other agents is that they CARE ABOUT YOU AND WHAT YOUR NEEDS ARE.  They are students of their profession and work extremely hard to overcome many of the obstacles which can prevent a sale from happening. I wish that more agents would take the time to try to correct mistakes they make. To me, other agents are more interested in making money than in caring about you, the homeowner. Finally we can not  say enough about these two Real Estate agents. It has been our pleasure to work with them. Selling My Mother’s Home -- Dec 2019

Carlene helped me sell my mother’s house in Phoenix. I’m from out of town and, after my mother passed away, I needed to sell her house before returning home across the country. A family friend recommended I call Carlene. She and her team walked us through the whole process and got the house sold quickly. Carlene worked around my schedule to get photos of the house and show it. She even helped me coordinate the estate sale. Carlene sold the house before I left Phoenix and even worked with me to set up closing so I didn’t have to fly back across the country to Arizona. She and her team were efficient, helpful and compassionate. I’m glad they were recommended to me.

Carlene Krahn is a realtor that we entrusted to assist us in the biggest purchase most people like us will ever make:  a home.  She is very passionate in helping us and gave us keen insight with her market knowledge of the community with which we relocated.   Like most people, there can be an incredible amount of anxiety at the thought of moving, but the process was made that much easier with her assistance.  Carlene is a very responsible and capable individual that knows the real estate business better than most.  She takes her role very seriously, particularly when it involves moving with small children in elementary school, as was our case. On the other side, we were faced with renting our previous home to new tenants.  Carlene rolled up her sleeves and went to work identifying areas in our home that needed cosmetic improvements.  Once that was done, she aggressively marketed our home and showed it until the right family appeared.  She walked us first time landlords through the process of being able to manage our own property (saving money on third-party mgmt fees), and assisted us until the new tenants received their keys.  I still call Carlene with questions regarding the rental and she gladly takes time out of her day to help us.
