By way of background, my spouse Tina and I are Canadian citizens, residing in Vancouver B.C.. We’ve had a second residence in Phoenix for about 12 years.
We met Carlene about 6 years ago when we were looking for an upgrade from our existing condo. She assisted us in purchasing a single family dwelling (new build), we retained the condo as an investment/rental. A couple of years later she assisted us in selling that dwelling for a larger home. She also sold our condo for us in the past year and is now handling the listing of our current home, as our circumstances have changed.
Needless to say we have been extremely satisfied with Carlene’s service. She is professional, energetic, caring and always available. A great communicator. We have such confidence in her that we have sent her numerous Canadian referrals. She is also well versed in FIRPTA requirements.
