Carlene Krahn is a realtor that we entrusted to assist us in the biggest purchase most people like us will ever make:  a home.  She is very passionate in helping us and gave us keen insight with her market knowledge of the community with which we relocated.   Like most people, there can be an incredible amount of anxiety at the thought of moving, but the process was made that much easier with her assistance.  Carlene is a very responsible and capable individual that knows the real estate business better than most.  She takes her role very seriously, particularly when it involves moving with small children in elementary school, as was our case. On the other side, we were faced with renting our previous home to new tenants.  Carlene rolled up her sleeves and went to work identifying areas in our home that needed cosmetic improvements.  Once that was done, she aggressively marketed our home and showed it until the right family appeared.  She walked us first time landlords through the process of being able to manage our own property (saving money on third-party mgmt fees), and assisted us until the new tenants received their keys.  I still call Carlene with questions regarding the rental and she gladly takes time out of her day to help us. I first worked with AnaMarie back in 2016 when our family was looking for a rental property in Cave Creek. She helped us to find the right place and also helped negotiate the rental agreement. After we moved in there were a couple issues with the landlord and she jumped in to help us to get those resolved. When we were ready to buy in 2018 we asked AnaMarie to help again and she found us a great 5 BR house in N Phoenix for a good price. When needed to move out of state in 2020 AnaMarie sold our house over a single weekend, getting us multiple offers so that we were able to sell over asking price.
