A month ago, our family relocated from Southern California. The move was a rather quick one. We were referred to Margy from a friend and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was! Margy is very professional, dependable, kind, and goes above and beyond for the families she assists on finding their perfect home. She met with us several times and spent a lot of time showing us land, introducing us to builders, and setting up walk throughs for pre existing homes. Getting to know us, she assisted in sending us homes that matched what we were looking for with the style that we love. We found the perfect home in an amazing neighborhood and we are grateful for the wonderful experience we had. We will miss working with Margy, but our boys told her she has an open invite to come over and swim anytime! With appreciation, The Pol Family

Working with Nikki to find our dream home in the Cave Creek area was amazing! After spending time with Nikki, giving her our wish list & looking at a few houses, she knew exactly what we were looking for and went out and got it for us in record time! Nikki was very professional, always available to answer our questions & very knowledgeable of the current market. She definitely went above & beyond her line of duty to make sure that we were always kept in the loop, so that we knew exactly what was going on. Carlene Krahn is a realtor that we entrusted to assist us in the biggest purchase most people like us will ever make:  a home.  She is very passionate in helping us and gave us keen insight with her market knowledge of the community with which we relocated.   Like most people, there can be an incredible amount of anxiety at the thought of moving, but the process was made that much easier with her assistance.  Carlene is a very responsible and capable individual that knows the real estate business better than most.  She takes her role very seriously, particularly when it involves moving with small children in elementary school, as was our case. On the other side, we were faced with renting our previous home to new tenants.  Carlene rolled up her sleeves and went to work identifying areas in our home that needed cosmetic improvements.  Once that was done, she aggressively marketed our home and showed it until the right family appeared.  She walked us first time landlords through the process of being able to manage our own property (saving money on third-party mgmt fees), and assisted us until the new tenants received their keys.  I still call Carlene with questions regarding the rental and she gladly takes time out of her day to help us. I first worked with AnaMarie back in 2016 when our family was looking for a rental property in Cave Creek. She helped us to find the right place and also helped negotiate the rental agreement. After we moved in there were a couple issues with the landlord and she jumped in to help us to get those resolved. When we were ready to buy in 2018 we asked AnaMarie to help again and she found us a great 5 BR house in N Phoenix for a good price. When needed to move out of state in 2020 AnaMarie sold our house over a single weekend, getting us multiple offers so that we were able to sell over asking price. If you’re buying or selling a home in the North Valley, make sure you talk to AnaMarie before you make a final decision on your realtor. You won’t regret it. She’s knows the market extremely well, is very responsive, and is a pleasure to work with.

We can’t say enough good things about Carlene .  She came highly recommended from a friend who had recently bought a home in north Scottsdale.  From the moment we first spoke to Carlene on the phone, we felt comfortable with her real estate expertise and her knowledge of the area.  We live in Denver and needed somebody who knew the area well.  We also needed a real estate agent who would listen—actually listen—to our desires and our needs in a new home.  Carlene listened.  We began making day trips to Scottsdale.  Arrive in the morning from Denver, leave at night.  We would land early, meet up with Carlene, and immediately start looking at homes.  Carlene carved out a full day for us on a number of occasions and had a list of homes ready for viewing.  Talk about power shopping!  Some days, we looked at 12-15 homes.  Carlene had a great feel for what we wanted.  Out of the approximately 50-60 homes we looked at over a two month period, there might have been two or three that didn’t appeal to us at all.  In other words, Carlene didn’t waste our time just trying to make a sale.  She really cared about what we wanted and didn’t believe in “throwing you-know-what against the wall and seeing if it sticks.”  I also had a specific model and builder in mind and Carlene kept her eye out for that specific type of home.  Finally, we found it, put in a bid and the negotiation started.  Carlene was great in this process, also.  She and Shelly were very well-versed in Arizona laws re: buyer-seller agreements.  They were also very upfront with us if we got too unrealistic in our thought process re: negotiating a price.  In the end, we were very happy with the price we paid for our home.  We believe we got a great deal on a great home in a great area.  But Carlene’s help didn’t end there.  Besides hooking us up with a good inspector prior to the close, she hooked us up with everybody else we needed AFTER the close—from dry wallers to electronics experts to landscape artists to house managers.  She had a recommendation—and sometimes a few good recommendations—for every need we had.  Through Carlene, we found very competent, capable, fairly priced workers to come to the house and get it ready for our move-in.  And now that we ARE moved in and as we find other things we need to make the house more comfortable and to meet our needs, we’re still leaning on Carlene for recommendations.  We can’t say enough about Carlene’s knowledge and service.  We would highly recommend her to anybody—family, friends, anybody looking to purchase or sell a house in Scottsdale.  It’s not easy doing something like this from 1,000 miles away, but Carlene MADE it easy for us.  We’re thrilled to have found her and grateful to have worked with her.
