A month ago, our family relocated from Southern California. The move was a rather quick one. We were referred to Margy from a friend and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was! Margy is very professional, dependable, kind, and goes above and beyond for the families she assists on finding their perfect home. She met with us several times and spent a lot of time showing us land, introducing us to builders, and setting up walk throughs for pre existing homes. Getting to know us, she assisted in sending us homes that matched what we were looking for with the style that we love. We found the perfect home in an amazing neighborhood and we are grateful for the wonderful experience we had. By way of background, my spouse Tina and I are Canadian citizens, residing in Vancouver B.C.. We’ve had a second residence in Phoenix for about 12 years. We met Carlene about 6 years ago when we were looking for an upgrade from our existing condo.
